A lovely warm afternoon and cranky children make it smoothie time. Rosie generally does not wake up happy and I always find the best way to deal with my hangry children is suprisingly - to feed them. Ladybug and sugar are not great companions and I find that she needs a bunch of protein in her diet to prevent those annoying tantrums and an all together annoying attitude.
Post-Nap Hangry Smoothie Recipe
In a cup for an immersion blender add some:
Greek yogurt
Milk
Banana
1 scoop of unflavoured/unsweetened Protein Powder
Blend until smooth and then add
Frozen Berries of your choice
Honey, to taste
splash of vanilla
Enjoy!
